Attributes:HOFPortrait

A Hall of Fame Athletics left-hander and one of the set's legendary rarities, nearly as scarce as the Wagner. The reason has never been established - both the 'broken printing plate' and a Wagner-style objection theory fail to explain a card that appears in both the 150 and 350 series.

Confirmed with 4 of 40 backs. Which ones, and what is known about the rest, is below.

  • 4 confirmed
  • 1 possible
  • 7 probably not printed
  • 28 not printed

All 40 backs are listed, including those this subject was never printed with — a back that cannot exist is shown as such rather than left out, which is the difference between “no” and “nobody checked”.
